The ash settles

Your eyes like a northern sea
I see my soul reflected in their depth

I stand before you naked
There is no armour left

A common caress, a simple kiss
Seared my flesh and rendered this

Broken shell and shattered core
I looked for her, she was no more

In the starlight gleams anew
Crackled seams and sparkled hue

Crystalline phoenix rise above
Dragon scales, heart of dove
